Celebrate the start of summer with a picnic on the parterre, or take your hamper to the lakeside or Japanese garden. Children's activities including croquet, skipping, hoops, Jenga and other traditional games. The park will be fully open to explore, with walks around the rock garden, Japanese garden, lakes and more. Refreshments including tea, coffee and cake available in Gatton Hall, or to take away. There will also be a small plant sale. Guided tours. Gardens open 12-5pm. Online booking at www.gattonpark.co.uk £6 adults, children go free (on the day £8 adults, free for children).
