Join Haunted Rooms for a thrilling night of real paranormal investigation at one of Nottingham's most haunted and historic venues!
Welcome to the stunning Holme Pierrepont Hall, on the outskirts of Nottingham. A Grade I listed Tudor manor house, it's one of the most historic in the East Midlands and features some of the oldest brickwork in the country!
It's the ancestral home of the Brackenbury family, who are direct descendants of the Pierreponts, a Norman family that came over with William the Conqueror in 1066, eventually settling in Holme Pierrepont in 1280. After amassing considerable wealth and status, Sir William Pierrepont built Holme Pierrepont Hall in 1500.
It's not just living members of the family that walk the halls, as countless ghostly experiences have occurred over the years, stories of which have been passed down from family and staff members.
One of the most common reports is of a female spirit seen walking through the halls' many rooms. Her appearance strikes an uncanny resemblance to a woman in one of the Pierrepont family portraits!
