Enjoy Castle-tastic Tales, eco-friendly crafts, the chance to explore spaces inside the Castle and find out more about the upcoming Gatehouse development.
Join the fun at Newark Castle and Gardens' lively open day with something for everyone to enjoy! Families will love Castle-tastic Tales with storyteller Nicky Rafferty and eco-friendly crafts.
There are even chances to explore inside the Castle, both above and below ground, with the Friends of Newark Castle. Visitors can also find out more about the upcoming Gatehouse development and how to get involved.
Booking Details: No booking required
Access: Some of the inside spaces in the Castle are quite cramped and involve stairs so are unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility.
Additional Information: Dogs are welcome in the Castle grounds but unfortunately the inside spaces are not suitable for canine companions. Contact for the day: 01636 655755
