Trailer Tour from St Withburga's

About

A brand new tour for 2022 - hop aboard for a magical tractor trailer journey through parkland, woodland and farmland, seeing the Fallow Deer and a whole host of other wonderful wildlife. Enroute we will encounter many remarkable monuments and buildings, with highlights including a tour inside St. Withburga's Church, dating from the 13th century, and a rare chance to see inside the newly restored Samuel Wyatt Vinery at the Walled Garden. While we are there we'll have a quick peek at the restoration of the Georgian sunken pits and stop for a well-deserved glass of wine.

The Details

If you are arriving by car, please be aware that a parking charge of £5 applies (redeemable against purchases of £30 or over in our gift shop). Please dress for all weathers as the trailer is open-sided and exposed to the elements. As we will be going inside buildings, dogs other than assistance dogs are not permitted on this tour. Tours last approximately 2 hours.
