Enjoy our 2025 Annual Steam Gala as we showcase magnificent locomotives in steam at the NYMR. Journey behind both our four special guest locomotives and our fantastic home-fleet engines throughout the four-day event.
Please book online in advance for all Annual Steam Gala tickets as walk-ups during the event will be limited.
Your day ticket allows you to hop-on and hop-off services all day, don't miss this unique opportunity to witness the power and beauty of these historic steam locomotives in action!

New for the 2025 Annual Steam Gala, when you choose to opt for our Donation Fare, you are able to Gift Aid your ticket cost and we'll give you back a Thank You voucher to spend on-board, or in our tea rooms and shops.

Net cost from £46.30
• If you choose the donation ticket, just 10% more than a standard ticket, we'll say thank you with a 15% voucher to spend along the line.
• Gift Aid your Donation Fare and we can reclaim an extra 25% in tax.
• You will receive a Thank You Voucher valued from £8.17

• We cannot claim Gift Aid, for every £1 donated, we will miss out on an extra 25p from HMRC.
