The Traddock

About

The Traddock is a country house hotel surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, located just off the A65 between Skipton and Kendal. The Reynolds family owners take pride in the informal, relaxed style of their hotel, which is lovingly furnished to create a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you step over the threshold.

The Traddock has 12 en suite hotel rooms, all with their own individual character and décor and each are dressed with all the comforts and homely touches that you may desire. We use Sheridan cotton sheets with soft & luxurious duck down duvets. Most Bedrooms have impressive views of the surrounding countryside.

There are over 70 wines to choose from and a comfortable lounge bar in which to relax before and after dinner, in front of an open fire on a winter's night. Traddock’s 2 AA Rosette chefs pride themselves on delivering top quality restaurant menus using the finest Yorkshire ingredients. They have a passion for sourcing and preparing the finest foods found on our door step and we have partnered with many local artisan producers who supply our kitchens with the best ingredients Yorkshire has to offer.

Austwick and the Yorkshire Dales National Park offer dramatic scenery and walks. Nearby are Ingleborough Cave and the famous Ribblehead Viaduct, bearing the Settle to Carlisle Railway.

Activities nearby: Golf, riding and sailing.

Pets are welcome £5.00 fee.

Open all year.
