In Gardens

Following the Governments briefing on Sunday on the new conditions for lockdown, Castle Howard are delighted to re open the Garden Centre to the public this week.

After a period of closure the Garden Centre will reopen from Wednesday 13 May. Monday – Sunday, 10am -5pm.

The team are working hard to ensure that staff and customers are protected with social distancing measures. Please be aware that the Garden Centre is cashless, so be ready to pay by card or mobile device. There will be limited numbers of people in the Garden Centre at any one time and a queuing system will be in place.

Castle Howard continues to offer an order online with delivery service to the local area (charges apply for deliveries over 10 miles away or when spending less than £30). To make an order or to find out more, please click here.

Although the Garden Centre & Farm Shop are now both open to the public, the House, Grounds and Adventure Playground will remain closed in accordance with Government advice. If you are using the wider Estate for exercise then please do so responsibly, you can read about the COVID-19 advice by clicking here.

By shopping in the Garden Centre, you are helping to support Castle Howard during these difficult times. Thank you to those of you who have continued to support Castle Howard already, and for supporting other local businesses across Ryedale.
