Welsh China, Irish Glass and Scottish Silver: The collections of the Fourth Marquess of Bute

About

The 4th Marquess of Bute (1881 – 1947) was a keen and knowledgeable collector who accumulated a wealth of rare treasures. Many of these remain in the Bute family, and the Marquess of Bute’s own curator, Andrew McLean from Mount Stuart House, has agreed to visit Cardiff to tell us more about them.
