BS4 is one of Bristol's hidden gems, with incredible green spaces and a thriving creative community. This year's BS4 Arts Trail takes place on 14 & 15 June, with over 85 incredible artists and makers in 31 venues around Brislington and St Anne's.
Artists are opening up their homes and studios, or exhibiting their work in one of our fantastic community spaces - St Anne's House, Arnos Vale Cemetery, The Langton Pub, St Cuthbert's Church Hall, Hop Union Brewery and The Glass Loft.
This is a great opportunity to visit local artists in their natural habitats – see work in progress, chat about the craft, and buy art direct from the source. You could even take part in one of our art and craft workshops for all ages – why not have a go on a potter's wheel, try out various printmaking techniques, paint a mural or have a go at cutting glass!
New this year, is the chance to help paint a big new collaborative piece of street art outside the former John Peer building on the Bath Road. The mural will be on the theme of Home, and will remain in place for several years.
Take a stroll through the beautiful woodlands and parks in the area that link up so many brilliant local artists and with plenty of great food and drink spots, you can really make a day of it!
