This year's Mindful Yoga and Walking Retreat will take place at Gradbach Mill, Quarnford, located just outside Buxton the famous Spa Town, on the borders of Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
We have an exclusive package organised in this refurbished former silk spinning mill, which is now a 13 en-suite bedroom, luxury 4 star, stunning accommodation, full of history, set among some of the Peak Districts most beautiful scenery, in a wooded valley, situated along-side the bank of the River Dane with walks to the Roaches and Luds Church right on the doorstep.
The weekend will be filled with a variety of yoga to suit all levels and tastes including Mindful Yin Yoga, Mindful Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Restorative/Gentle Yin Gong Bath Sound Healing Therapy Session, Yoga Nidra Meditation, Pranayama as well as mindful walks to Lud's Church and further exploring of the local area.
Arriving on the Friday late afternoon, departing on Sunday afternoon, with option to stay additional nights making the most of the opportunity to explore the area further (rooms are available for extra nights at an additional cost) after a morning yoga session, lunch and an afternoon mindful walk, perhaps visit Chatsworth House or Buxton Spa Town.
