Between 1.30-3.30pm go on a walk with a difference and find out why Sir Peter Scott chose Slimbridge to be the birthplace of modern conservation. Learn about the UK's last working duck decoy, see where Scott made his home on the edge of the Rushy and follow in his footsteps out towards the estuary in search of our seasonal wildlife.
At 3.30pm head back to the Kingfisher Kitchen to enjoy a delicious cream tea, with homemade scones topped with clotted cream, jam and a choice of tea or coffee. Alternatives available for those with dietary requirements.
