The Big Help Out at Stowe House

About

Come along and chat with the volunteer team at Stowe House to see how you could lend a hand and get involved with your local heritage site. We're currently looking for new team members to join us from the local community. No experience is necessary, training is given, and flexible hours are available to suit your lifestyle. Enjoy the opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills or utilise those you have to help and there are also plenty of social events to experience when you become part of our team. With over 60 volunteers undertaking a wide variety of roles from tour guiding to archiving, we simply couldn't open the house to the public without the generous donations of time. We look forward to meeting you.

Visit www.stowehouse.org for more information and to explore the options of visiting the State Rooms, taking a tour, and seeing inside the museum. Refresh yourselves with some tasty treats and enjoy lunch in the courtyard on one of the picnic benches with a grand view of the landscape garden. As a small independent charity, your visit helps us to look after this special place for everyone to enjoy and it really means a lot to us. Closer parking for a house-only visit is available when pre-booking admission tickets online.
