Led by Darren from Congeries of Sound, relax and immerse yourself in a mindful music session.
These sound baths incorporate the use of Gongs, Rav Drums, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Percussion Instruments and Channeled Chanting a form of light language (Darren's specialty!)
These experiences will take place in the Old Hall, before and after opening to the public for exclusive access. There will also be a drop-in session in the North Orchard where there is no need to book.
• Session 1: 9.45-10.45am in the Old Hall - bookable online
• Session 2: 11:30am – 1.00pm in the North Orchard – drop in session
• Session 3: 3.00-4.00pm in the Old Hall - bookable online
Please dress for the Great British weather as the session will still take place in mild rain, in cases of extreme weather the event may be cancelled and a full refund will be offered.
