SUMMER MEDIEVAL GAMES

About

Come and play some medieval games in the outer bailey this summer holiday.

Some have stood the test of time and may be familiar to you whilst others are no longer widely played.

Try out your strength in a tug-of-war, your skill with quoits, or test your mind with a game of chess or noughts and crosses.

Learn how to play new games too!

Free to all those visiting the castle (admission charges apply).
