Seal talk at Greenway's Boathouse

About

Did you know grey seals and common seals can be spotted on the river at Greenway?

Join Sarah Greenslade, founder of The Seal Project, for a talk about these fascinating animals on National Seal Day, Saturday 22 March.

Based in Brixham, The Seal Project work across the South West surveying seals around the coastline. Join Sarah down at The Boathouse at Greenway as she shares the work the Seal Project does to protect seals, fun facts about the local seal population and how to identify different seals.

The talk will last between 30 and 60 minutes, and Sarah will be available for questions before and after. There may even be a chance to spot seals on the river from the Boathouse. As this talk takes part at the Boathouse which is located at the bottom of the garden, please be aware access is via steep slopes and steps. Please wear sturdy footwear and weather appropriate clothing.

This talk is free and booking for the talk is not required. Normal admissions to Greenway apply.

If you are visiting Greenway by car, you will need to book your parking in advance on the website.
