Explore some different design styles and methods inspired by the past, in a family friendly workshop at the museum. Try out a range of creative processes from weaving and braiding to stamping and painting and take home your artwork.
Sessions take place in the museum's Learning Space and cost £6 per child, time slots are as follows:
10:30-11:15
11:30-12:15
1-1:45
These sessions are open to families with a variety of ages (with parents/carers supporting younger children), but would best suit children of primary age. Numbers are limited, so tickets will need to be booked in advance for each child attending. Accompanying adults do not need to book a separate ticket for themselves.
Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting messy and bring a bag or box along to take your creations safely home in
