Mansion House Lecture Series: 'How our City was Made'

About

In 1801 less than 2,000 people lived in Cardiff – by 1911 180,000 did! This huge influx of people in the 19th and early 20th century populated the town, but how did the buildings they built, the work they did, the sports they played and the culture they fostered all help create the city we know today?

Come and visit this very special house; see the fabulous, original interiors and be absorbed in almost 120 years of history. Victoria Rogers from the Cardiff Story will be presenting a lecture on how Cardiff has evolved. This is the last of a 3 series lecture.
