Learn more about Leicester's Grade II* listed Town Hall and the part it's played in the life of the city, through free guided tours.
Led by a Blue Badge Guide, the tours will take place at 2pm on the first Wednesday of every month, from 3 August, and will last about an hour and a half. There is no need to book.
Starting from the main reception at the front of the Town hall, the tours will take in the court rooms, council chamber, tea-room and former jail cells. Visitors will also be able to learn more about the city's collection of civic silver which is on display in the tea-room.
