History in the Making

About

The Hineni Project is an oral history and photographic project that tells the life stories of 60 members of the Cardiff Reform Jewish community. The project is presented in an exhibition at the Cardiff Story Museum, a website and a book.

Dr Glenn Jordan (Butetown History and Arts Centre) and Colin Heyman (Cardiff Reform Synagogue) will deliver a short talk about how the project was put together. They will describe how you can create your own oral history project – whether it’s recording your parents’ life stories or the memories of a whole community.

Places are limited so please book by calling 029 2078 8334.
