An Urban Sketching event in which participants will sketch/draw/paint outdoors. Artists will be encouraged to focus on locations mentioned in the Upton Heritage Trails. Advice will be given on getting started with Urban Sketching. Participants are encouraged to bring their own art materials but these can be provided free of charge, if necessary. This is a free and open event but children and young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no judging but there will be an opportunity to show and discuss the day’s work at a throw-down at the end of each session.
Disabled Access: This an outdoor event and participants will be encouraged to get to their chosen location in the village in order to sketch/draw/paint.
Refreshments available for purchase locally.
