About

Excavation of the site commenced in 2011 with the aim of learning about the people who lived and worked on this land. This is an on-going excavation. Members work on site each Sunday, April to October. Visits consist of a tour of site and an explanation of the structures. No disabled access. Uneven ground surface. Please wear suitable footwear. Young persons under 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Refreshmentsavailable at Tam O’Shanter Farm.
