Halloween Wildlife Adventure

About

A walk through the woods at dusk exploring our spookier wildlife.

Meeting at Whitefield Moor Car Park (Brockenhurst), this walk will take us through ancient woodland to the eerie dead forest, where we can watch the sun set. Along the way we will look at spooky fungus and ancient trees while exploring various myths and Forest folklore. Returning as darkness falls, we will listen for the sounds of the night including hooting Owls, barking Foxes and the roars & growls of the Deer. Along the way we will use a bat detector and thermal imaging camera to pick those that don't want to be seen....
