About

This ancient custom is all but unique to Derbyshire. It's the art of decorating wells and springs with pictures made using only natural materials.

The Village Well Dressing is on the main village street, opposite the house entrance (not the car park entrance) of the Nightingale Centre.

The  Children’s Well Dressing is in the grounds of the Unitarian Old Chapel.

Dedication: August 12, TBA starting at the Unitarian Chapel
