This event will be showcasing over 100 stalls selling a variety of wares: from jewellery, decorative glassware and unique arts to clothing, ceramics, wood work, accessories, cards and artisan foods to a name but a few!
Browse a variety of goods and find that all important Christmas gift inspiration - whether it be for a loved one or a special treat for yourself! Housed under cover in our Edwardian stable block, you can shop 'til you drop whatever the weather! The fair has been a new yearly fixture since 2021, and is sure to be a great day out.
New for 2023, Festive Food Market & Refreshments available on site from Saul's of Spratton. Why not relax with a drink and a bite to eat whilst considering your next purchase?

Also visit our Winter Woodland (open 10:30am - 3:30pm), home to Father Christmas and his real reindeers! Tickets to the Winter Woodland can be purchased on the day (£2.50 for adults 18 +). Tickets to see Santa in his grotto must be purchased online in advance of the event (please see the separate event listing for more details).
Free onsite car parking. Friendly dogs are welcome on short leads.
Please note not all stallholders are able to accept card payments. We highly recommend you bring cash with you so you don't miss out! The nearest cash machine is in Brixworth village.
Disabled parking is available and disabled toilets are available next to the entrance to the Fair. Please note that although the event is held mostly on one level, there are steps in places and some gravelled and cobbled areas in the stables. There are also gravelled paths (deep gravel in some areas) in the gardens.
