Wildlife walks at dusk in the New Forest
Wild New Forest are offering weekly walks at dusk to explore the special wildlife that can be heard and seen in the twilight hours, as our daytime species settle down for the night and our nocturnal specialists awaken.
This walk will look for and discuss the status New Forest crepuscula specialists such as Nightjar and Woodcock while keeping an ear our for drumming Snipe and any other wildlife that ventures out of hiding at this peaceful time of day.
Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours
Full joining instructions will be sent out 48 hours in advance
