The British Motor Museum welcomes everyone to its 30th Anniversary celebrations and is committed to being accessible to all. Join us on Access Day on 16 August to enjoy a welcoming visitor experience for the widest possible audience!
Touch and sensory access tours allow visitors to get up close, bringing the collection to life. We will also be offering 15-minute accessible taster sessions with Young Driver for people aged 10 and over (pre-booking is required), as well as the chance to get creative with air-drying clay. Plus don't miss our object handling sessions for the chance to get hands-on with a selection of artefacts from Britain's motoring past.
We will be enabling those who need a quieter environment to enjoy our fantastic collection with Quiet Hours between 9am and 10am and 5pm and 6pm. A mobile changing places toilet will also be on-site all day.
