Join us for some dinosaur fun at Woody Bay Station! Ruby the Megalosaurus and her adorable baby dino friends will be exploring the station throughout the day! Please see below regarding roaming meet and greet times! Come along to meet Ruby and friends, take part in our kids trail, explore the woodland and see what dinosaur tracks you can find!
Travel in style with our specially decorated dinosaur themed carriages for the weekend. Services will be running throughout the day from Woody Bay Station down to Killington Lane return.

Pick up your free trail sheet and pencils from the Station Shop, all children receive a free sticker for every completed trail sheet!
Tickets
Tickets will be valid for either a morning session from 10:00 till 13:00 or an afternoon session from 13:00 till 16:30. Your ticket offers you access to Woody Bay Station between your chosen time period and train services as well so you may take part in multiple journeys. Pre-booking recommend to avoid disappointment.

1st Class train upgrades will be available on the day from check-in and will be priced at £3.50 per passenger per trip. Please be aware spaces are limited and will be available on a first come first served basis.

Tearoom & Station Shop
The Tearoom will be open both days from 10:00 till 16:00, serving a range of light refreshments including hot & cold drinks, sandwiches, warm pasties, sausage rolls, cakes and cream teas.
Along with our Tearoom our Station Shop will be open with a range of dinosaur goodies available to purchase.
We are on the A39 halfway between Blackmoor Gate and
Lynton. From the M5 turn off at junction 27 and take the
A361. At South Molton, take the A399 for Lynton and
Combe Martin. At Blackmoor Gate, turn right onto the A39
for Lynton. We are about four miles from this junction. The
station entrance is on the left.
The 309 via Shirwell and the 310 via Bratton Fleming
operates Monday to Saturday (except public holidays)
from Barnstaple Bus and Rail Station which stops at
Woody Bay Station on their way to Lynton. For the latest
