Dog Portrait

About

West 70 Photography is excited to announce the return of its much-loved annual Dog Portrait Day, taking place on Saturday 12th July 2025. Held at their photography studio in Downend, Bristol, the event runs from 10am until around 3pm and invites dog lovers from Bristol and beyond to bring their furry friends along for a fun, relaxed mini photoshoot. With no appointment needed, just call in on the open day - it's a brilliant way to capture professional portraits of beloved pets.

Each mini session lasts up to ten minutes, giving every pooch their moment to shine in front of the camera. The studio offers a safe and welcoming environment where dogs can be let off the lead to explore, sniff about and enjoy the experience. It's a casual, open day format, so there's no need to book in advance – just turn up and join the fun.

Well-behaved dogs of all ages are welcome. Whether you're looking to update your wall art or simply fancy a fun outing with your pup, Dog Portrait Day is always a highlight. It's the perfect opportunity to get a few beautiful portraits of your four-legged companion and enjoy a feel-good day in the heart of the Bristol dog-loving community.
