Bolsover Castle Ghost Tour


Saturday 29 January 2022. The original Ghost tours are back in this chilling and atmospheric setting renowned as one of the most haunted places in Britain.

Hear first hand spine tingling accounts of hauntings at the castle from the most experienced and welcoming of guides.

Following the success of the return of the Ghost Tours in November last year this is the first ever to be held at the castle in Wintertime.

Times and duration are: 6.00pm – 7.30pm & 8.00pm – 9.30pm

Prices per individual are: £10 for each tour and with respect applies to adults only .

The shop and café are open on the night and drinks and snacks available.

Tickets may be obtained by telephoning 01246 822844 during opening times or on site at the castle visitor's centre. Please note the castle is only open at weekends from 31 October onwards and will fully reopen on 19 February 2022.


Road Directions

Upon leaving the M1 at junction 29a follow thw signs towards Bolsover(A632)and the Castle can be seen clearly when approaching the town. The route from Chesterfield is clearly signposted along the A632.

Public Transport Directions

Regular bus services numbers 82 & 83 from Chesterfield.
