Join us for afternoon tea whilst travelling on the Weardale Railway behind our heritage locomotives.
Departure at 13:30 (from Stanhope only)
Returning at 15:15
Take a seat onboard the Afternoon Tea train, sit back and relax, and enjoy the journey through the beautiful Weardale countryside, whilst sandwiches and cakes are served to your table in beautiful boxes.
Our afternoon teas are supplied by Fifteas Vintage Tearoom's 'Platform One' tearoom at Stanhope Station.
Special dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise us at the time of booking and we'll make sure your experience is tailored to your requirements.
Please note that due to our seating configuration of 4 at a table, you may be seated with another party.
The afternoon Tea services will be hauled using Class 31 locomotives and our recently refurbished Mk3 coaches.
