Glynde Estates is the house of Glynde Place, an Elizabethian Manor House situated in the heart of Glynde, near Lewes, East Sussex. Glynde Estates let and manage residential, commercial and agricultural properties in East Sussex. 

Glynde place is at the heart of the Estate, built in 1569 from local stone. The House is open for a short period in the early summer and hosts a number of events including the Love Supreme Jazz Festival. In 2021 the Estate hosted a pop-up campsite. We also run a classical concert series. The house and gardens are also used for filming, fesitvals and charity events.

Opening Times

* The house is open between 2-5pm and the tearoom is open between 1pm – 5pm on house open days.
Access to the house is by guided tours only taking place at 2pm and 3.30pm each day the house is open.
