The Dower House Hotel is a haven of indulgence and relaxation, luxury accommodation, impeccable service and fine food. The General Manager Anne Dobbs, is passionate about this unique hotel - and it shows. Every little detail is considered to create the most welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Situated by the first fairway of the Bracken course at the National Golf Centre, Woodhall Spa – home of the English Golf Union. The Hotel is an elegant and intimate country house hotel, full of character and charm. Surrounded by two acres of tranquil gardens set in beautiful woodland it is the idyllic setting, the perfect backdrop for a romantic wedding, relaxing break, business visit or a round of golf. The Edwardian house retains all of its original features. The cosy bar, Harry’s, the charming private dining room, with it's crystal chandelier’s and mahogany table is prefect for small celebrations.

A choice of dining is offered at the Dower House, the Seasons Restaurant, beautifully appointed overlooking the gardens, serving traditional evening a la carte and Sunday lunch, all dishes are individually cooked to order, or eat in more informal surroundings in the cosy bar. Fresh ingredients and locally sourced seasonal produce are the key to our cooking style.

The Dower House Hotel has 21 wonderfully spacious and airy bedrooms, including 2 suites, all individually decorated to the very highest standards with luxurious drapes, invitingly comfortable beds and elegant furniture. The décor is quintessentially English, with warm pastel shades and traditional floral and plaid prints in keeping with the period character of the hotel.

The Orchard Suite, for private functions, can seat up to 120 guests (formal seating).The Dower House Hotel offers a delightful choice of setting, whether your wedding is a small intimate affair or a larger celebration, the gardens make a perfect back drop for your wedding.
